INC, the French National Institute for Consumers, celebrates the anniversary of the first Consumer Code in Europe under the presidency of Benoit Hamon, Minister of Consumers affairs and in the presence of the father of the Code, M. Jean Calais-Auloy, Professor Emeritus at University Montpellier.
