The 2016 Swedish Consumer Report is available! It aims at highlighting problems and opportunities for Swedish consumers. It contains relevant information as well as concrete tips which can be very useful for people’s own future behavior as consumers.
The report browsed a wide range of markets (45). This year, a special focus has been made on 3 specific areas of high matter for consumers: cars, telecom services and young adult consumers.
Young consumers are particularly affected by problematic markets for first-time consumers, hidden advertising in social media and invoice factoring and paying in instalments.
