Tired of paying for the mistakes of irresponsible banks, the Which? Association launched a campaign to change the focus from sales to improving service. Arguing that banking culture has to change, they complain of having seen enough scandals and mis-selling to consumers. They are calling for no more free passes to be given bankers who break the rules. They say that Banks should work for customers, not bankers.
