This 1,5 h video records a panel discussion about the planed free trade agreement (TTIP) between the EU and the US.It highlights the main concerns civil society actors have with the project. It gives a good introduction of the topic and touches upon several major issues, such as energy-dependency, the model of the European wellfare society, democratic decision making, climate chage, agriculture and GMOs, public services, etc. It is essential to anybody wanting to know more about the implication of the TTIP on consumer rights. It is espcially advised to teachers teaching about consumer protection. The panel discussion took place in 2014 in the framework of Green Summer School.
