Consumer organizations – Moderators for Dialogue

In the third part of the last century consumer organizations emerged in all areas. Dialogue between consumers, consumer organizations, trade and producers became part of the marketing process in the supply chain. Not only complaints but also new ideas for products and services and for new ways of organizing. Dialogue became a tool to work from an economy of supply and demand towards an economy of question and answer!

Therefore consumer education is not only about conciousness of what we really need and why. It's also the active cooperation in thinking and talking about quality, true prices and all other aspects. In all sorts of panels and internetforums where consumer organizations can be the moderators to streamline our questions and suggestions.
